Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management Major with a Concentration in Human Resource Management
TROY University’s Bachelor of Business Administration in Management emphasizes a generalist’s approach to provide students with a background in the basic principles of efficient and effective business administration. The Management Major is an integrated, interdisciplinary program preparing you for a broad range of career opportunities. The Concentration in Human Resource Management has been structured to equip you with the competencies you need to maximize the efforts and productivity of the people you manage by keeping the workforce motivated and satisfied. The 120-credit-hour program can be started at the beginning of any 9-week term offered five times per year. The entire program is delivered online through TROY University’s eCampus.

Master of Science in Human Resources Management (MSHRM)
This degree program is designed for working HR practitioners who seek advancement within the HR career field and for individuals seeking to transition to a career in human resources. TROY University offers the MSHRM degree in an accelerated 12-course, 36 semester-hour format that can be completed in class or online in as few as 15 months.

TROY University’s MSHRM program offers students an opportunity to obtain greater proficiency in contemporary human resource management concepts and competencies, particularly as they are applied to developing and executing human resource management systems in support of strategic organizational objectives.

Master of Science in Management (MSM) –Concentration in Human Resource Management
This degree program is designed for line managers and those aspiring to management positions who plan to supervise others in virtually any field of endeavor. TROY University offers the MSM-HRM program in an accelerated 12-course, 36 semester-hour format that can be completed in class or online in as few as 15 months.

In addition to general management courses, the program provides an understanding of the role of traditional HR functions, such as staffing, compensation, training, and change management.
